This 12 acre green-field site is situated in a beautiful rural area in the village of Mucklagh, which is located 6 miles from Tullamore on the N52 and it is felt that the creation of the proposed homes will compliment those existing houses that cater mainly for commuters to Tullamore and Birr.

The land has frontage onto the main Tullamore Road, and hence the scheme has been designed with this in mind incorporating larger homes at the rear alongside those existing homeowners.

We are currently awaiting the announcement of the Mucklagh Development Plan so that the planning application can be lodged and plans can proceed. Therefore, at present we have no immediate plans to develop the land but please be in contact if you would like any information on the proposed homes.
